I'm pretty sure that mod_svn_view supports mod_authz_svn settings.

The dev blog had a posting on it about it supporting the svn authz stuff but
the blog was moved recently so that post is no longer there. I've never been
daring enough to try to get this working though since there's not much to go
on at the site for docs.
