Unable to access remote repository

I'm getting this message when I use the repo browser or attempt to commit a file.
Error * Can't connect to host 'DAW': A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
I recently changed my network configuration from point-to-point firewire (XP home to XP home) to LAN (D-link 655 router). I can ping my repository host by name, so name resolution appears to be happening.
