Revision graph merged into /trunk

Hi there,

the next nightly will feature the all new and shiny
revision graph implementation. While it is looks
better and is generally more accurate, it has no
new features ("buttons"), yet.

During the merge some changes that had been
applied to the /trunk in the meantime could not
be merged with the new code. Those are:

r12581, 12600, 12601 and 13325
(Peg revision handling and Show Diff stuff).

If all works out as expected, these changes will
get re-applied tonight.
