Enable DocuWiki in Flyspray

Hi folks,

I notice that flyspray's own data has markup support which allows for
bold, strikethrough, etc, which could be useful. After querying this
with them it seems they are now using DocuWiki instead of phpMarkdown.

The instructions they gave me were:

chmod -R 777 cache
edit flyspray.conf.php set syntax_plugin = "dokuwiki"

For things like the 1.5.0 doc task, having strikethrough on the
completed items would certainly be clearer than what I am doing now.
