As I understand the JavaSVN license (which is supposed to be like the MySQL
license) if you wanted to include JavaSVN with your version of Subclipse
you would need to purchase a license from tmate.org. I do not know what
they are charging.
If you do not want to purchase a license then you already need to modify
our code to remove JavaSVN as an option, when you do that, just put back
the command line adapter. If you look at the commit where I removed it,
you will see it was just a few lines of code.
