Well. There are several DeltaV servers, implementing various subsets of
RFC3253 and ranging from OpenSource to commercial (I'll mention Xythos,
Slide, SAP Netweaver KM, but there are certainly more). They may be not
as complete as one might wish, and they may not all be open-source, but
claiming these do not exist is not really constructive.
