I think he's referring to the fact than on win32, 'svn diff' produces
output that has a mixture of LF and CRLF line-endings. This causes
certain versions of win32 'patch' to choke.

When this thread was brought up last May, Sander replied that we would
fix it RSN?

Sander... should we file an issue on this?
